Making only a small number of loaves each week means each loaf is lovingly prepared using traditional skills and freshly baked. We only use the finest ingredients devoid of additives such as emulsifiers, dough improvers and preservatives. This results in breads of character, tasty, robust with a distinctive “crumb”. We bake interesting breads; Walnut, Rye raisin and Caraway, Moroccan Chickpea, Seeded, Granary, Olive and Focaccia. From time to time we even make white bread! We’ll make raisin scones while you wait – delicious hot from the oven. We also bake lots of lovely cakes: Sublime chocolate, Luscious lemon, Gingerbread, Victorian caraway seed and Carrot cake. We also support local producers of jams, chocolates, chutneys, olives, chilli jams, rubs and balsamic vinegar and honey.
